While there may be many impulses that drive an artist to create, the multi-faceted need to channel, express, and capture energy has always propelled artist Marcia Hoeck forward. Her hands busy with art projects for as long as she can remember, creating has always been the outlet for her own boundless energy. Now, as a painter of flowers, gardens, and floral still life, she strives to capture and release the energy of her subjects as well.
